Your acceptance of products purchased from Radio Bridge constitutes acceptance of Radio Bridge’s standard warranty terms and conditions, which are described below.
Warranty Terms
Radio Bridge Inc warrants that for a period of one (1) year following delivery, the Radio Bridge products you have purchased (the “Radio Bridge Products”) will (a) perform in accordance with published specifications, and (b) will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. In the event a Radio Bridge Product does not meet this warranty, subject to the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions, Radio Bridge’s sole obligation will be, at its election, to repair or replace the Radio Bridge Product in question or to refund the purchase price.
RADIO BRIDGE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL RADIO BRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE RADIO BRIDGE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS.
This warranty will not apply to any Radio Bridge Products that have been (a) damaged by lightning, water, or power surges, (b) neglected, altered, abused, or used for a purpose other than the purpose for they were provided, (c) repaired by you or any other party without Radio Bridge’s prior written authorization, (d) used in conjunction with a third party product or products not approved in advance by Radio Bridge, or (e) otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions provided by Radio Bridge.
In the event that Radio Bridge repairs or replaces a defective Radio Bridge Product under warranty, the repaired or replaced product will be covered through the end of the original warranty period, but no repair or replacement will extend the warranty term past the one (1) year anniversary of the delivery date of the original Radio Bridge Product.
This warranty contains the entire agreement of you and Radio Bridge with respect to any warranty matters, and supersedes any and all other written or oral statements, representations or agreements relating to the subject matter of this warranty, except that (if applicable) the terms and conditions of any other warranty or service agreement between you and Radio Bridge that explicitly supplements or incorporates, and does not replace or modify, the terms and conditions of this warranty will also apply to the Radio Bridge Products you have purchased. To the extent any other warranty or service agreement between you and Radio Bridge expressly replaces or modifies the terms and conditions of this warranty, such replaced or modified terms shall not apply unless accepted by you (or your distributor, if applicable) and Radio Bridge in a signed writing. You should note that if you are interested in obtaining either an extended warranty or an extended warranty with overnight replacement service, you must notify Radio Bridge of the same and execute an agreement specified by Radio Bridge within 60 days of your purchase of the Radio Bridge Products for which you are seeking coverage. If you purchased the Radio Bridge Products from a party other than Radio Bridge, Radio Bridge reserves the right to require proof of purchase to verify the timeliness of your request.
Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of Radio Bridge Products, including any warranty claims, will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regards to conflicts of laws principles. Any action arising out of or relating to the Radio Bridge Products must be brought only the Federal and state courts located in the State of Colorado, and by accepting the Radio Bridge Products, you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree not to raise any argument of lack of personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum or otherwise attempt to transfer such action from, or dispute the jurisdiction of, such courts. YOU HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Return Procedures
You are required to arrange for and pay the shipping charges to return any defective Radio Bridge Products to Radio Bridge. Radio Bridge will use commercially reasonable efforts to repair the defective Radio Bridge Products within ten (10) business days. Radio Bridge will arrange for and pay ground shipping charges for all products replaced or returned to you within the United States. Any other shipping charges are your responsibility. Radio Bridge does not offer on-site service to repair any defective Radio Bridge Products or to resolve any problems relating to the installation of repaired or replacement products. Radio Bridge will, however, provide on-line support and troubleshooting.

In the event that service is required, products may be shipped, freight prepaid, to our Brooklyn Park, Minnesota factory:

A Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) is not required. Return shipping charges (surface) will be paid by Radio Bridge to destinations in U.S. and Canada.
Please include, inside the shipping box, a description of the problem, a return shipping address (must have street address, not P.O. Box), and your telephone number. If the product is out of warranty, a payment in advance is required. Acceptable means of payment include credit card, wire transfer or a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank.
Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged according to the Schedule of Fees, which may be obtained by emailing Repairs.

Repair Procedures for International Customers
(Outside U.S.A. and Canada)
Your original point-of-purchase Reseller may offer the quickest and most economical repair option for your Radio Bridge product.
In the event that factory service is required, products may be shipped, freight prepaid to our Brooklyn Park, Minnesota factory. Recommended international shipment methods are via Federal Express, UPS or DHL courier services, or by airmail parcel post; shipments made by any other method will be refused.
Please include, inside the shipping box, a description of the problem, a return shipping address (must have street address, not P.O. Box), and your telephone number. If the product is out of warranty, a payment in advance is required. Acceptable means of payment include credit card, wire transfer or a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Repaired units shall be shipped freight collect, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
